New York School for the Deaf FALL ASL ClassesGeneral Information: ASL is the language used by Deaf people in the United States. Our ASL program is designed to help students learn vocabulary and the sentence structure needed to communicate. Each level will vary in range of fluency and learning styles. Our program is not accredited and is limited to adults over 18. ASL1: New Beginners ASL 2: Beginners (with basic skills) ASL 3: IntermediateIASL 4: Intermediate IIASL 5: Advanced Session: Sept.22st – Dec.8th(Wed. evenings) Time: 6-8 p.m. Duration: Classesmeet once a week for 10 weeks. Fee: $175.00(Minimum of 8 and maximum of 15 in each class) if the enrollment falls belowthe minimum, that particular class will be cancelled and refunds will be given.Should you withdraw before the second class, you will receive a $100 refund.After the second class, no refunds will be issued. There will be a $15.00charge for returned checks. * NO CLASSES onNov. 10th
