High School

Our High School offers a comprehensive and progressive academic program. Each student has a program designed to achieve a Regents Diploma, a RCT (Local) Diploma, or an IEP Diploma.

Fanwood's vocational program provides our students a variety of experiences to help determine their interests and strengths in job-readiness skills.

Our highly competent and certified teachers and staff are fully dedicated to providing our high school students a high quality, challenging, and rigorous education with differentiated and individualized instruction based on the New York State Learning Standards in a safe, nurturing, and language-rich environment.

Additionally, we are committed to supporting our high school students' educational, psychological, social, communication and cultural needs by providing them with a wide variety of activities and opportunities to flourish.

Activities during and after school include: sports, the Jr. NAD/SBG organization, ASL Club, service-learning program, Lego Robotics club, drama, tutoring, W.I.S.E. program, U.S. Space Camp, Close Up, and summer school.
